SHIPPING DESTINATION
We ship to addresses within the United States. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes an order processing period of 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier schedules or circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
For orders with a subtotal below $39.00, a flat shipping fee of $1.99 applies. For orders with a subtotal of $39.00 or more, shipping is free of charge. The applicable fee is shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@tanony.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
